A big spotlight, a great versatility of use

From the great FARO experience is born MP3020, a light with a very large illuminated field and the same standards of excellence that characterize all the lamps of the FARO LED TECH range. Many users of scialytic lights, for example in the medical, veterinary, podologic and aesthetic fields, require a spot much larger than the one usually required for the dental lights.

Patented optical project with reflected light

MP3020, thanks to the exclusive optical project with reflected light and through the 516 small reflecting facets included in each of the two parables, avoids the direct vision of the 2 LEDs, creating a 300 x 200 mm spotlight area absolutely uniform.

The progressive adjustment of the illuminance

The new electronic control of the illuminance, activated by joystick or sensor, adjusts the light from maximum to minimum power without any interruption, keeping the colour temperature constant.
The spot of MP3020
A spot of 30 x 20 cm (with the light placed at 1 meter of distance) and an illuminance of 40.000 lux, make MP3020suitable for multiple uses providing a great versatility.

The Scialytic effect

Minimum dimension of the sharp shadow required by standards: Ø 12mm. MP3020 scialytic effect generates an ellipse of only 9x6 mm.
3-D rotation
The perfect balance, combined with the unique patented 3-D rotation on the optical axis of the head, provides the best accuracy of the beam orientation, reducing the risk of accidental glare on the patient.
Electronic controls
  • Switching control and dimming: micro-joystick on the head
  • Switching control and dimming version also from unit, or by foot control
  • Electronic lighting adjustment by microprocessor
  • Remote control from the unit: allows to repeat all joystick functions
  • Automatic memorization of used light intensity, also after switching off the unit’s power
  • Sound signal at minimum and maximum light intensity
  • Exclusive ‘one touch’ regulation to reach the minimum intensity with a simple ‘click’
